Extras, Performances & Presentations
As historical actors, we often perform at various historical events and occasions.
We can be booked as a (known) historical character, host and hostess or, for example, as an extra during a (historical) event, opening of an exhibition, jury members at costume competitions, television recordings or other occasions. Our acts and costumes represent the time period 15th to mid 20th century.
Presentation / Reading Historical Clothing
We provide presentations / readings for schools, museums and festivals.
In a presentation of about 45 minutes (can be adjusted if desired), we explain what the clothing looked like in the past, and how it was made. Upon request, a presentation can go deeper into the content, or more general.
We show you where you can find inspiration, make or find patterns, which materials you can use and also how the clothing was made by hand.
We will include examples of these garments such as antique underwear, historical headwear and accessories and we can give small demonstrations of how the clothes were worn.
